ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্ট দেখে/চেক করে নিতে পারবেন এবং ডিসকোয়ালিফাইড/ভাঙা/কালার মিস্টেক প্রোডাক্ট পেলে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। আমরা পুনরায় ফ্রি ডেলিভারিতে পাঠিয়ে দিব।
১০০% কোয়ালিফাইড প্রোডাক্ট বুঝে পেয়ে ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছে দিতে পারবেন।
তবে ১০০% কোয়ালিফাইড প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়ার পরও কোনো কারণে রিসিভ করতে না চাইলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পে করে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।
ফেরত নীতি:
'place to pick' / picplace.com'-এ, আমরা চাই আপনার বাড়ির সাজসজ্জার কেনাকাটা আপনার পছন্দ হোক। যদি আপনি সম্পূর্ণরূপে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আমরা আপনাকে সাহায্য করার জন্য এখানে আছি।
ফেরত দেওয়ার যোগ্যতা:
ডেলিভারির 2 দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত গ্রহণ করা হবে।
আইটেমগুলি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, আনইনস্টল করা এবং আসল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক সহ আসল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

ফেরত উইন্ডোর মধ্যে ফেসবুক/মেইল/যোগাযোগ নম্বরে আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং ফেরতের কারণ প্রদান করুন।
একবার অনুমোদিত হলে, আপনি ফেরত দেওয়ার নির্দেশাবলী পাবেন।
প্রদত্ত ঠিকানায় নিরাপদে আইটেমটি ফেরত পাঠান।
রিফান্ড/ টাকা ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া:
ফেরত দেওয়া জিনিসটি পরিদর্শন করার পরে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
ফেরত দেওয়ার পদ্ধতি:

আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনও ত্রুটি বা ত্রুটির কারণে ফেরত না দেওয়া হলে আসল শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

বিনিময় পণ্যের উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
