Delivery Policy
অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ:
সমস্ত অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের পর ১-২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। সপ্তাহান্তে বা সরকারি ছুটির দিনে অর্ডার পাঠানো বা ডেলিভারি করা হয় না।
শিপিং সময়:
স্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হয়:
ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে: ১-২ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২-৪ কার্যদিবস
দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব বা উচ্চ-চাহিদার সময়কালের মতো বাহ্যিক কারণের কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
শিপিং চার্জ:
আপনার অবস্থান এবং অর্ডারের আকারের উপর ভিত্তি করে চেকআউটের সময় শিপিং খরচ গণনা করা হয়। প্রচারমূলক বিনামূল্যে শিপিং অফারগুলি সময়ে সময়ে প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। সাধারণত ডেলিভারি চার্জ ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে ৭০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে ১৩০ টাকা।
অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং:
আপনার অর্ডার পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে, আপনার ডেলিভারি অবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ করার জন্য আপনি ইমেল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে একটি ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর পাবেন।
ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অনুপস্থিত আইটেম:
আপনার অর্ডার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অসম্পূর্ণভাবে পৌঁছালে, ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ছবি এবং অর্ডারের বিবরণ সহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন যাতে আমরা আপনাকে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সহায়তা করতে পারি।
ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা:
দয়া করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং যোগাযোগের বিবরণ সঠিক। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে বিলম্ব বা ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রশ্নের জন্য, আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে দ্বিধা করবেন না।
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
Inside Dhaka city: 1-2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time. Usually, the delivery charge is 70 taka within Dhaka city and 130 taka outside Dhaka.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
